Psychometric Assessments


Psychometrics is an effective tool for career guidance and counselling, team dynamics, leadership, mentoring, coaching and self-development. Our psychometric assessments are administered by a qualified in-house Industrial Psychologist, making them cost-effective, and meet the HPCSA ethical and legal requirements of reliability, validity and fairness.

These assessments provide organisations with greater insight into an individual’s abilities and fit for the demands of the role, team and organisation; and how best to manage and motivate the individual. These assessments also provide each candidate with a greater understanding of themselves – their strengths and development areas.

An individual’s potential to use mental processes to solve problems and/or acquire new knowledge.

Emotional intelligence

The ability to understand and manage one’s emotions and the emotions of other people.

Cognitive capability

The capacity for judgment and decision-making when faced with uncertainty and ambiguity.

Values and motivation

Factors that an individual believes are important; and that drive them to behave in a particular way.

Leadership and teamwork style

The types of roles an individual tends to take on as a leader and as a member of a team.

Personality

A reflection of the way an individual typically thinks, feels, and behaves; and which can be productive or counterproductive for an organisation.
